Nonprofit iBSTIMULATOR Your nonprofit has to operate like an enterprise - paying its bills and growing cash/resources and supporters - and making the world a better place. Integrating your nonprofit with an Internet Broadcasting Enterprise (iBE) platform - quickly allows you to produce content for broadcasting, membership registration for your online community management, and business administration applications that help streamline day-to-day business. The first step of transforming your nonprofit or commercial enterprise into an iBE - is to analyze your goals from a communication planning point of view. You'll have to answer some tough questions - like "What is unique about your goods/services or program?", and, " How do you treat the people who make contact with you?" A Case Study The concept of the Nonprofit Resource Center STIMULATOR came about from the most dynamic public service project I ever had the pleasure of working on - the End Alzheimer's 2012 Task Force. The project will help end Alzheimer's as we know it by the end of 2012. The iBTV channel that supports the Alzheimer's LifePlan is active now, and the Neurological Disease Foundation has adopted the entire project - to assist people in developing their personal Alzheimer's Prevention - Yes! Alzheimer's is Preventable.......while raising the awareness of the public, doctors and researchers regarding the significant breakthroughs that are occurring every day. Everything has changed regarding Alzheimer's - and the iBTV/Alzheimer's LifePlan platform will herald the ending of this disease soon. What does that have to do with your nonprofit? Just about everything. The iBA provided complete administration management to the original task force, designed and constructed all of the functional memory testing and vital sign record keeping systems used by visitors and members of the Alzheimer's LifePlan, produced over to hours of current interviews with the very doctors and researchers who are closing in on an effective prevention/diagnosis/treatment program, then Marketing and broadcasting to the population that they can have free access to the news, information, memory fitness testing, and online community publications or activities. The Neurological Disease Foundation (NDF) The NDF was founded to raise needed funds - specifically to fund post graduates in neurological disease treatment development research. The primary Neurological Diseases, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and MS - get a lot of attention in the press and media - but little funding. The iBSTIMULATOR recognized that Alzheimer's disease research has progressed dramatically in the past five years - but the population and general medical doctors were unaware of the significant advances made in understanding how to end the disease. The iBSTIMLATOR team completely analyzed the Neuroscience industry, the existing nonprofit services and associations active in the area - and found that there was no focused portal (or pinpoint) where news, resources, or individual participation was offered the online citizens. A complete online community for the Neurological Disease doctor or researcher was constructed while experts were interviewed and trade show/conferences were used as activity backdrops. A library of broadcast quality television programs (content) was produced that; documented the advances made in memory testing (early diagnosis), the administration of FDA approved drugs that slow the disease process, how brain imaging currently provides exquisite images of living brains - allowing doctors and researchers to track the disease process and/or treatment response, and finally - the researcher who developed the Alzheimer's vaccine was interviewed, revealing that the vaccine had produced the first reversal of the disease process in a human brain. In addition to the expert testimonies given in the media content - an illustrious MD, PhD., Dr. J. Wesson Ashford, presented an Alzheimer's Prevention program that the general medical and research community now agree with - Alzheimer's is preventable. The iBSTIMULATOR processed all the given data, resources, and needs of the NDF - and constructed a population based public service program - the Alzheimer's LifePlan. The Alzheimer's LifePlan is a pinpoint on the Internet - which connects to the most advanced broadcasting network serving Alzheimer's. Visitors to the project can freely view hours of video, listen to online radio programs, read books and articles - as well as surf to many affiliated Alzheimer's related online operations. Visitors are invited to join a variety of online communities. There are communities for individuals of the population, senior community managers, and there is a community for doctors and researchers - which is supported by the NDF. Within a year of its construction the NDF web page and the Alzheimer's LifePlan have captured international attention - focusing the individual's (population) needs into a personal Alzheimer's Prevention program - and providing a harbor for the doctor's researchers, and pharmaceutical companies for Neurological disease research. The Alzheimer's LifePlan and the NDF both have iBTV channels: Each of these channels is an integral part of the online community building platform - both interactive and regularly refreshed with valuable content. Any visitor to the AL/NDF spaces is free to join in online community activities and many have.
